Our 175 ton ACCUPRESS brake forming
machine is one of three press brakes in our shop. This high-tech
piece of equipment is fully automated with C.N.C. backstops and is
capable of running 100 programs for multi-bend setups. It is used
daily to help us form accurate cabinets, guards, channels, covers,
transitions and various types of brackets. |
This HYD-MECH saw is one of two
band saws in our shop. It has multiple cutting speeds and a fully
adjustable feed rate to ensure quality cut parts. Pipe, bar, angle
and tubing can be accurately cut to specified lengths or cut at
various angles to suit fabrication requirements. Tables, frames,
guards and carts are just some of the products we fabricate that
require the cutting capabilities of this saw. |

We have the ability to form
radius corners and cylinders with our LUNA rolling machine. These
rolls are fully adjustable in order to handle various thicknesses of
steel. They are also cambered in the middle and this allows us to
form accurate rolled parts up to 5 feet in length. This machine is
used to form any product that requires a radius surface such as
troughs, cylinders, guards and covers. |
We have a wide variety of modern welding equipment, shown here is
the LINCOLN SQUARE WAVE TIG 255. Along with our two tig
welders we also have eight mig welders and two spot welding
machines. Our welding equipment gives us the capability to fabricate
products in carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel and
aluminum. These machines are complimented by our fully trained staff
of fitter-welders and together they produce high quality finished
products.
